These flyers can be printed, shared with staff, or posted in medication rooms for convenient reference.

Before You Contact the Pharmacy 

  • Contact the Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy location that serves your organization whenever possible.
  • Use the location-specific email address for routine questions, documentation, and other non-urgent communication.
  • Call the pharmacy directly for urgent medication-related needs.
  • If you're unsure which location serves your organization, contact your Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy account representative or primary pharmacy contact for assistance.

  • The agency you are with
  • The individual's first and last name
  • A brief description of your question or request

๐Ÿ“ Note: Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy's voicemail system is HIPAA-compliant. Email communications are encrypted and HIPAA-compliant. 

 โš ๏ธ Caution: Email is not continuously monitored after business hours or over the weekend. If you send an urgent email outside of regular business hours, call the pharmacy and follow the prompts to reach the pharmacist on call. Let the pharmacist know that you have sent an email so it can be reviewed as part of your request.
