Verify the Report Before Use

Before using a printed or saved report:

  • Confirm the correct patient or facility.
  • Confirm the report type.
  • Confirm the date or reporting period.
  • Review the medication and order information for accuracy.
  • Follow your organization’s documentation and record-handling procedures.

If information appears incorrect or incomplete, contact Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy or the appropriate healthcare provider for follow-up.

Do not make a medication change based only on information in a report.

Medication changes require an appropriate prescriber order and any required authorization.

  • Confirm that you selected the correct patient or facility.
  • Review the available report options.
  • Confirm that your account has the expected access.
