- Call your local Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy number
- Leave a message with:
- Your name and callback number

- Always call for any emergency or urgent med need and Neighborhood LTX Pharmacy will coordinate delivery or pickup as needed
- Have the person’s name and any new prescription details ready
- You don’t need to be a nurse to call as DSPs, supervisors, and family members are all welcome to reach out
- If you’re not sure whether to call, call anyway
